Who We Are, What We Do

Our Mission

May Justice Solutions is a nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives through reentry, recovery, and community development. We work to break cycles of instability and reduce barriers to successful reintegration by providing comprehensive support to individuals involved in the justice system and those experiencing housing insecurity.

Our Vision

We envision a community where every individual—regardless of their past—has the opportunity to thrive. A place where second chances are the standard, not the exception, and where all people have access to the support and resources they need to build a life rooted in stability, dignity, and purpose.

Our Approach: A Campus of Opportunity

We believe the environment matters. That’s why we’re not just building a facility—we’re creating a campus. Our model is inspired by institutions of higher learning: places where growth, discovery, and personal development are expected and encouraged. We cultivate a culture of respect, encouragement, and collaboration. At May Justice Solutions, participants are not clients—they are students on a journey toward a better future, and we serve as the faculty and community committed to their success.

Meet Our Founder: Angela May

She combines that heart with sharp strategy, overseeing case management, housing initiatives, recovery programming, and coalition partnerships across multiple Ohio counties.

Angela holds a bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and Psychology, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University, where she maintains a 4.0 GPA.

She serves as a dedicated member of the Richland County Reentry Coalition, Crawford County Citizens Circle, and the Richland County Housing & Homelessness Coalition. Above all, Angela is a mother, a leader, and a fierce advocate for restoration—with a mission to build stronger communities by helping others rewrite the ending to their story.
