  • Housing Navigation & Placement Participants in our reentry program are offered stable housing through Bridge of Faith Fellowship, our dedicated residential community for justice-involved individuals. With the support of trained advocates, we help individuals secure safe, supportive, and affordable housing as they rebuild their lives..
  • Transitional Support Through Bridge of Faith Fellowship and our extended wraparound services, participants receive personalized assistance designed to ensure a smooth, sustainable return to community life. This includes emotional support, case management, and connections to essential resources throughout the reentry process.
  • Resource Connection Ensuring participants have access to vital support services such as healthcare, nutrition programs, transportation, legal aid, and other community-based resources essential to long-term stability.
